Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
PROS: centrally located to everything and transportation; they allowed me to check in at 10:00 a.m. instead of waiting until 2:00 p.m. at no extra charge. CONS: Upon entering the hotel I was hit with an overwhelming stench mixed with moldiness (that’s the best way to describe it). No elevator. Walked two flights up to my floor. Couldn’t locate my room because it was located in a very dimly lit area with three doors off the main hallway. The room was very small (not an issue for me) but no WiFi, no towels, no phone, no coffeemaker or kettle, no microwave, no safe, no towels, a thin sheet over a mattress (same for the pillow case). Two thin and dirty smelly blankets in the cupboard. Two small soap bars and a small packet each of shampoo and conditioner. I Went outside and when I returned a woman was spraying liquid on the carpeted steps and using a broom or mop to scrub them. The moldy smell remained through my stay at the hotel. I asked for towels and she brought me one. She said I could only get one towel. The property did not respond when I asked for a second towel. I stayed 3 days/3 nights and not once saw anyone at the reception and not once was the room cleaned or the garbage removed I was instructed by text to leave the key in the reception desk when I checked out. I would not stay here again.
