SoHo beach resorts & accommodations

We stayed at this hotel for one night before going on a cruise from the port of Tampa. It’s certainly not a 5 star property, but I gave the rating based on experience. We were a group of 10. We got in at night and had two people celebrating birthdays. Trish at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was great at check in, had lots of information ready, and helped our group use the breakfast area so we could all get together for a little birthday celebration. The property and rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and the shuttle service to the port made this an ideal hotel for those going on a cruise.

My stay was excellent. I booked a one-night getaway for my birthday and mentioned at check-in that I was there to relax and celebrate. The gentleman who checked me in gave me a complimentary drink coupon and waived my parking fee in honor of my special day, which was a thoughtful touch. When I got to my room, the keys didn’t work, so I went back to the front desk. The same staff member quickly fixed the issue and apologized profusely. He also thanked me for handling the situation calmly, which I appreciated. Overall, the service made my birthday stay very enjoyable.

Super clean room! Breakfast could of had more items like bacon or sausage. Staff was great! They knew our cruise ship was delayed and helped us with things to do and eat. They had a shuttle to cruise ship that they need to tell people on their website
