An entryway that is separated from the great room offers ample space for everyone to hang and stow away their gear on the provided hooks and cubbies. The split floor plan of this unit offers a great room and one bedroom to the right, with the other bedrooms tucked away to the left for added privacy. The great room in this condo is spacious and welcoming, with elevated ceilings and windows gracing two sides of the space. Multiple sofas and easy chairs create a cozy space for gathering by the fireplace. Enjoy family meals gathered around the spacious dining room table, where there is seating for six. The kitchen also boasts a large island for preparing meals or for casual dining, as there is additional seating for three. This family-friendly condo offers ample cabinetry and full-sized appliances to suit all of your culinary needs.
Tucked away at the end of the hallway, the primary bedrooms offers a restful escape. Here you will find a spacious king bed and a vanity separated from the bathroom for added privacy. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
