This chic 2-bedroom condo blends modern style with mountain comfort, offering an inviting home base for your Snowmass getaway. With clean lines, updated décor, and space for up to six guests, it's perfect for families or friends traveling together. The open great room features a sleek kitchen, stylish furnishings, and a cozy gas fireplace set in a light brick accent wall. Relax on the sofa or in one of the easy chairs while enjoying mountain views through the glass doors, or step outside to take in the fresh alpine air.

The modern kitchen is bright and well-equipped, featuring white cabinetry, full-sized stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed for in-unit dining. The spacious island offers seating for four, making casual meals easy and enjoyable.

Each bedroom provides a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The primary suite includes a king bed, cozy sitting area, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a separate vanity and a glass-and-tile shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own TV, while a second full bathroom across the hall features a shower/tub combination. Additional guests can sleep comfortably on the foldout sofa in the living room.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
