4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, convenient ski access to Assay Hill and the midway station of the Elk Camp Gondola on Snowmass Mountain as well as stunning views of Snowmass are only part of the charm of this Woodrun V townhome.

Enter at the living, dining and kitchen area with a woodburning fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and private deck with gas grill. The dining table offers seating for 6 as well as bar seating for 3. The updated kitchen offers custom cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counters.
An additional guest bedroom is located off the living room with a queen bed, flat screen TV and amazing views of Snowmass plus and ensuite bathroom with shower and dual sinks.

The 3rd bedroom is just off the kitchen area and offers 2 sets of bunk beds, a flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with shower and granite counter with single sink.
The master bedroom is located downstairs with a King bed, sitting area, worktable and ensuite bathroom with steam shower, jacuzzi tub and granite counter with dual sinks.
