Staff welcoming and swift to accommodate ours, ie..adding on a fold away bed, pet fee, extra towels. The breakfast vouchers for the Show Low cafe are an added bonus! Much nicer and cozier than self serve continentals. Hotel rooms are aged, but if you don’t care much about hard to turn shower/bath faucets and aged fixtures/tubs etc., then it has all you need. Cable TV, microwave, small fridge are nice amenities for the family.

Very friendly staff upon arrival. Great communication and direction where to park for where our room was located. The room was prepared nicely with the heat on. We reserved a king suite and that’s what we got! Fridge/freezer combo and microwave clean and in excellent working condition. This is a property with renovations, just to note the tub shower was clean but not new. Still not complaining about anything. Must mention the cook to order breakfast free with stay voucher was just perfect. There is a cocktail bar upstairs but we had dinner at another location and retired back to our room instead.

My check in had me linked to someone else. Then they said I had two accounts but did not know why and they could not fix this. Light burned out in lamp and a hassle to get a bulb. Door key did not work properly and replacement one had same issue.
