Location in the old town was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities were good and we appreicated access to the sauna. A special touch was the piano and harp being played at different times during our 3 day stay. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very close to everything Brno offers: the Cathedral of St. Peter & Paul, the Vegetable Market & underground labyrinth, the Capuchin Church, shopping, dining, town halls (old & new).... Public busses stop right on the corner of the hotel, too. Very lovely place and staff. We would stay here again.

Parking was not fun. Hot water heater didn’t work the morning we checked out so I was unable to shower before we left. Only thing we could watch on TV was CNN as they had no other English options.

The hotel was really excellent. It was very clean and well maintained in every aspects. And location was super great, very near from the cathedral, castle and also walking distance from main bus terminal. All the staffs were professional and kind.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The cost of valet parking may seem steep but it was worth the price as parking is very limited in the area. Staff were very good at bringing back your car when you needed it. Only critisim was the loud club music on the left side of building so would recommend asking for a room on the right side. Would definately stay here again.

Lots to like about this place. Very central, very stylish. Staff were friendly, piano in the foyer very charming. One niggle was the aircon in the top floor wasn't up to the task (it was a warm week for April!) and opening the skylights was a bit noisy. Special note for the new local speciality hotel restaurant - well worth giving it a go. Very high end at a fair price.
