Beautiful, NEWLY REMODELED Oceanfront Condo on the 1st floor. This 1 bedroom condo has been recently remodeled with a gourmet kitchen, newer appliances, luxury vinyl plank floors and newly remodeled bathroom. Your private balcony overlooks crashing waves, and steps to the beach.
Sleep to the tranquil crashing of the waves (better than any sound machine). You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The State fishing pier, Seaview pier, is 3 miles away, Splash by the Sea restaurant (3.5 miles), shopping and more restaurants within 10 minutes away. 30 minutes from Wilmington International Airport. NO PETS, PLEASE.

Ideal Accommodations
Peaceful respite from the daily stress of life, career, commuting etc. This is great location, offering ease of access to beach and parking, with all the conveniences of home. The deck offers an ideal alternative to the beach if desired. Local Grocery store within a short and scenic drive. Already coordinating a return trip for additional family members.

Awesome place!
I flew in to spend the weekend with my son that’s in the Marine Corp stationed at New River in Jacksonville. This condo is in a great location right on the beach and ocean! Very clean, stocked well with everything you need. You are so close to the ocean you can literally just sit on the couch and enjoy the ocean and sounds. Marc communicated very well and was available if I had questions. Will definitely stay again!
