My Friend's Place is just that, a place to relax on lake time with your family or friends on Center Hill. This luxury lake home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and less than one mile from Fishlipz Resort and Marina at Pates Ford. Bring your boat or rent one from the marina, and enjoy one of the most beautiful lakes in Tennessee.

This home offers three floors of space, with plenty of room for everyone. Well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and coffee maker. Complimentary coffee is provided to start your stay, along with a selection of basic spices. There is a dining table with seating for six as well as four barstools for additional seating. There is also a gas grill and dining table on the main level deck for your Summer grilling. The living space on this level has a queen sleeper sofa.

The upper floor has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a beautiful deck that overlooks the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunsets!

On the basement level, you will find the third bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. A dedicated workspace for two with high-speed fiber internet. After the work is done, enjoy another gathering area with a large tv and plenty of board games, or mix up your favorite beverage at the wet bar, which comes equipped with a beverage cooler and ice maker. Take advantage of the walk-out patio, and enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, while soaking in the hot tub.
