I was charged for the room key which I left in the room after asking the cleaning staff if that was OK. When I went to the office my key was right in front of me on the desk. The charge had gone through and the clerk told me that Expedia would reimburse me in 2 to 3 days. I am still waiting. I was charged for leaving one day early plus for checking out 1 hr. after check-in time. Not a good experience with the hotel and Expedia.

While the room wasn't huge it was well utilized. There was a work station for using a laptop and a small separate table and chair. There was plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports. While an older motel it has been updated and is in very nice condition. If staying in the area would stay here again.

All was fairly good, except, for being non-smoking rooms, ashtrays are all available outside each door for smokers, which doesn't help when staff are smoking just outside your door and you would have liked to open the window for fresh air. Should have designated smoking areas.

It is located on the busy street so the room should have soundproof windows. Either AC or the traffic outside would be making noise. Not good if you want sound sleep. Staff was good and cooperative. Very minimal toiletries. Bedding needs improvement.
