Room was dirty the smell was awful roaches in the room no amenities staff was awful they had sprayed for roaches which caused me difficulty breathing because I have asthma over all experience awful and they only gave me a partial refund

Staff was courteous but my husband and I got to the holet at midnight but the 1st room they gave us #229 was filthy dirty and had to go back to the front desk to ask for another room. The front desk gentleman apologized and gave us room #239 which was clean but I was already to tired and went straight to bed. Towels were clean but the face towels were dinghy and were not white but a bit gray, so ladies if you need a white face towel bring your own. They do provide a black microfiber face/makeup remover towel but I didn't risk it and used my wet wipes which I always carry.

One of the filthiest place we ever stayed! Cocaroaches, trash from previous guests Bathroom, we paid ahead and stayed 7 hours while traveling. Almost left. Front desk person had a crying baby while trying to check us in. People living etc

Correct dans l'ensemble. À notre arrivée, nous étions supposé avoir une chambre non-fumeur 2 grands lits (ils nous attribue au 1 er étage), la chambre sentait fort la cigarette. Je suis immédiatement allée à la réception et ils nous ont changé de chambre sans problèmes au 2 eme étage. Aucune odeur désagréable dans celle-ci. Nous avons remarqué que des rénovations avait été fait récemment donc quelques poussière de sablage accumulé, salle de bain surtout et en général. Les lampes , accessoires (séchoir cheveux, télé, ect) n'étaient pas branché en général mais tant qu'à moi ce n'est pas un problèmes. Les rénovations ont été fait après le ménage donc nous comprenons comme ce n'était pas la chambre qui nous avait été attribué au départ. Les draps et serviettes sont propres. Hôtel bien situé près des restaurants, nous avons été mangé au resto mexicain à 2 pas et WOW c'était excellent!! Petit déjeuner passable : bagels, toasts, gruau, céréales, gaufres, jus d'oranges, lait, café, bananes... Correct pour une nuit :-)

It was very loud late at night, with people working on vehicles right outside while guests were trying to sleep. The bed sheets were dirty, which was unacceptable. We were not greeted or acknowledged by the front desk staff. Breakfast options were very limited and not sufficient. Overall, it did not feel welcoming or restful.

That hotel was like something from the 1970’s including the smell! It was dirty and smelly and I would never recommend any one to ever stay there! Our room was supposed to have a pull out couch and a roll away bed was supposed to be available. Needless to say none of that happened and we had to have one sleep on the floor one in a chair and 3 people in the bed.. horrible. I will say the front desk girl was very nice.

The staff last night were extremely pleasant and courteous; however, I was disappointed with the condition of room 231. The room felt very outdated, including the beds, furniture, and carpet, and it is clearly in need of renovation. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor that smelled as though the room had previously been designated as a smoking room. Additionally, the room did not match the photos posted on Hotels.com, and the overall experience was quite different from what I expected.

The room was not clean. There were dirty clothes left on the floor from a previous guest. The bathroom light did not work so my mom could not see. (100 yrs old) She had to keep the hall light on all night. The blanket was stained. Was not happy with this stay.

The room was not clean I would never expect anyone to stay there. The hallway was filthy looked like it was never cleaned bedspreads were stained replaced with stained ones the staff was great the rooms are disgraceful my son also moved out I would never suggest this motel

During our stay, we were surprised to find that there was not even basic soap provided for handwashing. The bathroom was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, there was a suspicious liquid stain on the chair, which looked as if someone had urinated on it. Overall, the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom and furniture, was far below expectations.
