Front desk very very nice, bed was comfortable to sleep but in the room even that it was not smoking it smelled like cigarettes. A lot of roaches in the room . Only cereal , bagels and waffles for breakfast, nothing else. The coffee machine was broken. Sorry but I won’t stay here again.

Honestly the staff they were all very nice ! But this hotel is gross!! It’s roach infested it has a very old feeling the smell is terrible . This is actually the worse hotel I ever stayed at! I will NEVER come here again!

The room (122 itself was fine except the heat didn't work! Moved me to room (132) and that was marginally better. Might want to get an inside shower curtain for the tub so that water doesn't leak all over the place! The TV situation was very easy in room 122, not so much in room 132. And NO coffee at a Continental Breakfast? "Out of Order?" Made some in the room and it was so watered down, not drinkable. Front desk wasn't rude, by any means, but not super helpful either. But, hey, a good price for the nite.

Hilarious. We weren't disturbed in our room, but what you should know. This is not a professional stay. There is babies and children behind the desk with about 5 adults, while talking to you they are talking to each other and sniffing dirty diapers. The other people and staff live here. There are broken down cars some even on manmade lifts. Constant chaos, many mistakes made during checkin and check out. Keep an eye on your card. However.... friendly? LOL
