We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very clean and has modern facilities. Stefan and Ann-Louise are very nice and helpful hosts. We can recommend the place!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, jedoch trotzdem strandnah und in der Natur. Innerhalb von 30 Autominuten kann man jede Menge erleben. Stefan als Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort fĂŒr Urlaub.

Wir wurden durch den Gastgeber begrĂŒsst und er hat uns kurz die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung, bestehend aus einem Studio mit KĂŒche, Schlaf- und Wohnbereich war sehr sauber und ordentlich, ebenso das neu renovierte Bad. Am besten hat uns die NĂ€he zum Meer gefallen, mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Min. da. Es hat dort einen Campingplatz mit ParkplĂ€tzen und ein Restaurant, wo man gut essen kann. Anonsten gibt es in nĂ€chster NĂ€he keine Restaurants. Man muss sich also selbst verpflegen. Wir waren nur 2 Tage da, fanden es aber sehr angenehm.
Mycket fint och frÀscht boende med trevlig omgivning och vÀrdar , sonen fick till och med mata deras fiskar som han tyckte var en upplevelse i sig. Att det var nÀra havet var ett stort plus.

Familienfreundliche Region mit Ruhe und Abwechslung
Schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Dachstudio (KĂŒche, Ess- und Schlafbereich in einem offenen Raum im OG, Bad im Eingangsbereich des EG - leider keine Waschmaschine; Treppe mit Kinderfallschutz) in Ugglarp, ca. 1 Kilometer entfernt vom sehr kinderfreundlichen Strand.
Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die im Haupthaus nebenan wohnen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse, d.h. es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr (im ohnehin sehr ruhigen Ugglarp).
FĂŒr gröĂere EinkĂ€ufe ist Autofahrt in nĂ€chst gröĂere Stadt erforderlich. Neben Strandurlaub abwechslungsreiche AusflĂŒge (mit Auto) in StĂ€dte im Umkreis und in die Umgebung möglich. Ugglarp liegt zudem direkt am Radwanderweg "Kattegatleden" (von Helsingborg bis Göteborg).

Wie man den Bildern schon ansieht, handelt es sich um eine tolle Ferienwohnung und Stefan und Ann-Louise sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer NĂ€he von sehr schönen StrĂ€nden und ist fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die nĂ€here und weitere Umgebung gĂŒnstig gelegen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.
