Excellent service but bad AC

It was a bit difficult for me to review my stay at Bliss Palace Hotel & Spa. The location was very good, close to the central and restaurants. We arrived and got our room on 4th floor, but we noticed fast the AC wasn't working and the room was very hot. Got very good service from kind and helpful staff and was transferred to a new room on 5th floor which had slightly better AC but not fully as we would have hoped for, it was very warm during our visit. It worked but not what we had hoped for. Another downside was that the hotel WiFi was very weak and lost connection every other minute so you had to manually reconnect, on the 4th and 5th floor, on lower floors it worked fine. The spa area and staff there was very good. The general service and kindness from the staff who did everything they could was excellent although our stay didn't go as planed.

Hotellet var fräscht, märktes att det var nyligen öppnat. Lite saker kvar att ” fixa ”på inredningen mm. Men helheten var mycket bra. Dock mycket hårda sängar. Men det är ju en smaksak:) Fin spa anläggning Läget var perfekt & gratis parkering i garage under hotellet.
