You can take the side path to the iconic Skenes Creek Beach or the trail across the road for rock pooling and beach walk, making this a true coastal hideaway. A quick 10-minute drive will land you at the Apollo Bay shopping strip and main beaches.
The Space
A three-bedroom home with spectacular ocean and hill views captured from open plan living area plus the two main bedrooms. The front deck runs along the length of the house giving you ample outdoor living and spectacular views. Living area features a large modern gas log fire and an 8-seater dining table. Complimenting the timber flooring, the double-glazed sliding doors open to an expansive north-facing timber entertaining. The garage has also been converted into a second spacious lounge rumpus area with a TV, sofa bed and lounge chairs, backing onto the deck the garage door can be opened to provide even more entertainment space. The property also has an electronic vehicle charger.

Great Ocean Lodge Stay
The house and location were great. If i had to rate the cleanliness of the property from 1-10 it would be 1. The property was not cleaned before we entered the house. Floor, benches, couchesand bathrooms were dirty and not cleaned.

Almost perfect
This property has the potential to be a gem. Perfect location and great amenities. Very comfortable to accommodate our family of 4. The beds are comfortable and the two bathrooms plus extra toilet are very handy. It’s downfall was with the cleanliness. We checked in and had to clean the kitchen and floors throughout the house before unpacking. Rugs, walls, skirting boards, blinds and windows need a bit of elbow grease to bring this property up to perfection. GOR Holiday Rentals who manage the property offered to send a cleaner for an extra clean but during Covid times we refused to have others in the house. We left the place in a much cleaner way than we found it and when paying peak holiday rates that’s not okay.
