Very disappointing experience

We reached on check-in time it was raining and the caravan is leaking. Informed the owner and she send the site manager to check. He came and said he can’t do anything. Again night raining it’s started leaking and flooding. Reported site manager via phone and the owner via messaging. There is no internet access on the caravan as they advertised, the owner said you can buy from there on site. I spoke to the site manager he said nothing available on site for 4 days. There is shortage lighting bulbs not working. Decking door broken. Main door caravans stopper is broken. It’s not safe to stay with kids and disabled child. It was really
