Go to a B & B instead

Unfortunate “renovation” of lovely old building took all the charm and character and trashed it for artificial surfaces, ugly bland furnishings, and tiny cell-like rooms. Do hotels really get stars for having a pool table or a shiny plastic chandelier? Sad. Front desk staffed by cheerful young woman, which was the only saving grace of an empty town and depressing hotel.

Allt var bra mycket bra, förutom en fläkt eller vad det var som lät väldigt mycket utanför huset. Vi ville ha öppet fönster på natten men det gick inte med anledning av ljudvolymen utanför.

Bekvämligheten kunde varit bättre

Rummet var rymligt och enkelt möblerat. Det fanns inget sängbord. Sängen var bekväm med fräscha sängkläder. Badrummet var rymligt, men lite ofräscht. Saknade hylla att ställa necessär mm på. Bra utbud på frukostbuffén, men båda dagarna var det tomt på mycket och påfyllningen gick väldigt långsamt. Jobbigt att gå flera gånger och kolla om det fyllts på. Bra och kostnadsfritt wifi.
