In the family room was used hard materials to furnish the apartment,- floor was very hard, makes lots of noise, doors to the toilet was very very loud, tiles in the toilet very cold, lights were too bright in the toilet and main room was too dark, so lack of balance in all important areas. during the night kids and parents were walking to the toilet, so they were disturbing those who were sleeping. Bed linnen was very comfortable, soft, especially pillows. What is more, we got a little bit sick after the sandwich with shrimps that most of us had in the restaurant of this hotel. Drinks were good though. The hotel is in the center of the city, so in the evening and quite often during the night and morning we could hear motorolers/motorbikes driving accross the streets. Stores and pharmacy is close to the hotel. Hotel clients are allowed to park their cars in the Coop's parking, so that is a great benefit in this area. Overal experience - not good, next time we will definitely choose something else, where rooms would be more quiet.

Vimmerby, Best western Stadshotel

I like staying at Best western vimmerby, which I usually do this time of year, because of the comfort. I can look forward to a comfortable rest, on a very comfortable bed, after a hard day at work. This hotel feels so comfortable, as if I was at home. I got to know a few of the staff, because I stay with them every year for the past three to four years. The breakfast is fantastic, it feels as if I made it, because they breakfast is done in such a homely way. I could actually live in this hotel, and that’s not something I’ve ever said about any hotel. It just feels like home! That’s the simplistic way I can summarize it. Vimmerby has lots of history. It is home of the famous, Pipi Långstrop.

Vistelsen var okej, men städningen lämnade lite att önska. Rummet var ganska dammigt under sängar och skrivbord. Bökigt med barnvagn då man behövde släpa den upp och nerför trappor eftersom hissen inte nådde rummet, utan bara halvvägs. Frukosten var okej, inget extra, tekoppar saknades och fruktfaten var minimala.

Rummet är lite sådär, ganska trångt för 4 vuxna. Men rent och fräscht och badrummet fint! Personalen är helt fantastisk! Mycket trevlig och bemötande! Löser det mesta!

Fint och prisvärt

Vi hade ett standardrum på första våningen. Rummet var fint och bra, standard, kuddarna var lite hårda bara. Med parkering var det tur att vi åkte i lågsäsong. I mån av plats kunde man ställa bilen i garaget bakom hotellet. Det var inte super stort så kan tänka mig att det blir fullt snabbt i högsäsong och då var det svårt att hitta en plats man kunde stå på i mer än 2h.
