Clean, decent rooms, large breakfast selection, very friendly and helpful staff. However, over priced as it does not offer anything special for this price point.

Very good in general! Good breakfast, friendly people. If you rent a family room, it will be at floor 2.5, there is a big playing room for kids which is very nice! Sometimes you could not walk to your room accessibly, still some stairs to walk even with elevator, so prepare to carry your stuff or stroller a bit up and down to reach your room.

The hotel is very authentic. The room was small but clean; the bathroom really tiny. Our kids loved the bunk bed. The breakfast was in a great ambience and the quality of the food good. Astrid Lindgren World is within walking distance, that allowed us to leave the car in the parking garage (free for guests). Also the square outside the hotel was nice to sit at during the evening, with some activities for kids (free mini golf or table tennis).

The hotel was great and right in the center of town. The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities is that there was no communication that the spa would be closed. After long travels, looking forward to a sauna or soak and not being able to get that really dampers the day. Just wish the hotel had sent a note is all.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli, asuimme hiljattain remontoidussa huoneessa. Hyvä aamiainen ja mukava henkilökunta. Varsinkin sesonkiaikoina huoneiden hinnat kuitenkin melko korkeat jolloin normaalisti odottaisi huoneessa olevan esim. kylpytakkeja joita ei ollut.
