Come and rest in this pretty little 65m2 villa completely renovated and air conditioned and equipped with modern comfort (flat screen TV, WiFi, etc.) adjoining each side, close to all amenities and located in the quiet area of Brusc in Six fours les beaches.
Located in a dead end, it consists of two bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 90 with possible baby bed), a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a bright living room with kitchenette, open mezzanine with BZ in 140. As well as two terraces offering shade or sun as desired.
The kitchen area has all the necessary equipment, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge.

Baby equipment (bed, high chair, deckchair, cutlery, etc.) on request and at an additional cost.
Our small, quiet and friendly neighborhood will charm you with its fishing port, its islands and its beaches. The nearest one is 10m away on foot as well as local shops, newsagent, bars, restaurants, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, convenience store, etc.

Une superbe maison rénovée pour se sentir bien, super propre et la plage est facilement accessible à pied.
