Rent beautiful apartment T2 of 34m2 with terrace of 7 m2 vis-a-vis with the sea with Six fours the Beaches (between the peninsula of Gaou and the superb village of Sanary on sea) with the Shores of Coudoulière (luxurious residence) on the 2nd floor with large parking space in the basement next to the elevator and leading you to the level of the apartment (no stairs).
The apartment includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen area (new washing machine, dishwasher, large new fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker with bowl + Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, vacuum cleaner, fan).
- A living room with sofa bed "rapido" new bed 140 on mattress Dunlopillo quality 15 cm thick, adjustable headrests and duvet stand, LED TV 108 cm, dining table with extension), a closet.
- A room with window including a bed 140 and a loft bed 90 for children from 6 years, a storage cabinet with a safe free access with key.
- Bathroom with heated towel rail, separate toilet.
The residence has a swimming pool of 340 m2 (free access) with solarium equipped with deckchairs and parasols (free) and a paddling pool for young children open from early April to mid-October.
You will have at the bottom of the residence shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, restaurants, hairdresser, lounge bars). On the back of the residence, beautiful park Coudoulière with lakes. Without taking the car, you can make beautiful walks or jogging, tree climbing (Coudou park), mini golf, tennis, skateboard park.

Appartement très bien équipé
On a tout le nécessaire, la piscine est gigantesque, on a des commerces à proximité (excellente boulangerie), un parking souterrain, un lave vaisselle, une machine à laver... Rien à dire.

Très bel appartement, excellent séjour !
Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour par la beauté du site de la Coudoulière. L'appartement est très propre et très bien situé face à la mer, grande piscine pour se détendre et l'hôte qui nous a accueilli est très professionnelle. De bons moments en famille . Je vous recommande cet appartement sans problème !
