Nice restaurant, good food, close to shopping centre, good parking in basement. Nice Hammam with service, ok pool, but why the headcaps 😂. We enjoyed our stay here!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. The amenities were top-notch, . The location was perfect, close to train station, mall and stadyum. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip!”

Otel rahatsızıgı the green park hotel sivas

Merhaba konaklama için 3 kişilik aile odası rezervasyonu yaptım sivasa saat 4 gibi ulaştık ve otele geçtik resepsiyondakı personel gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlü idi oda numarası 1018 numara verildi ve resepsiyon oda görevlisini arıyarak 3 yatağın acıl konmasını istedi normalde bu saate kadar oda işlerinin tamamlanımş olması lazım idi böyle bir otel için olmaması gereken bir durum sonrasında odaya cıktıgımızda oda zaten küçük ve 3 yatak konması durumunda içeride dolaşmak olanaksız olacağı için yatağın konmamasını istedim ve oglum bir yatakda ben ve eşimde diğer yatakda zorlanarak yattık ve oda en üs katın bir alt katı oldugu için restoranda müzik saat 23,30 kadar yuksek bir sekilde bizi rahatsız etti konuyu resepsiyona bilgi verdım ama sonuc alamadık yanı konaklamamız cok iç acıcı olmadı

Mit der obigen Komfirmationsnummer (72895684960468) hatten wir für zwei Nächte gebucht. Wir hatten bei der Buchung angegeben, dass wir ein kleines Haustier haben, der mit uns mitreist. Wir hatten sogar notiert, dass wir für den kleinen Hund einen Futterteller und ein Tierpad brauchen. Die Gebühr wurde von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Beim Checkin haben wir etwas ungewöhnliches und unverschämtes erlebt. Das Hotel hat uns nicht akzeptiert und rausgeschmissen, weil wir einen Hund haben. Nirgendwo steht, dass das Hotel kein Haustier akzeptiert. Auf unser Schreiben hat das Hotel auch nicht reagiert. Spät Abend mussten wir ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ausserdem wurde der bezahlten Betrag uns nicht zurückerstattet.
