This incredible family home is located in a peaceful, and exclusive sought after area one in Sitges, facing Hotel Melia and with city bus stop around the corner. Just 10 min. walking distance to the lovely and splendid sandy beaches and the city center, with its nice restaurants, shops, historic sites and nightlife. The charming port of Aiguadolç is also only 5 min. away.
Very close to major attractions in the area such as visits to Barcelona, Penedes wine region, Tarragona, ..
New and tasty decorated, this family Villa offers 6 large bedrooms (five are equipped with king size beds) and 3 complete and large bathrooms (one is en-suite bathroom), a large fully-equipped kitchen with a nice breakfast area, large dinning room and lounge leading onto a private luscious garden, bbq area and swimming pool (10 x 4 meters).
