Welcome to Wildwood Retreat! Nestled against the tranquil canopy of the forest, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers the ultimate Black Butte Ranch getaway. The layout comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across seven beds with a dedicated bunk room—making it ideal for multi-family gatherings and group retreats.

Step outside on the giant back deck to soak in nature, unwind in your private hot tub, or gather around the fire pit beside the gentle water feature, making unforgettable memories. The back deck leads to a totally private oasis situated amidst acres of Deschutes National Forest...you can walk or bike to your heart's content directly from the cabin!

This is our happy place, and where we bring our own family. We have stocked it with games as well as bikes, pickle ball and tennis rackets, and turned the garage into a game space with ping pong, foosball and tiki bar for endless fun!

Feel free to bring your pets - they will love this too!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Take the garbage and recycling to the bins located on the back side of the house, which you can access through the garage. Start the dishwasher if needed. Leave any used beds unmade.
Pile dirty towels in the laundry room. Discard perishable food and beverage items. Cover the hot tub, and the outdoor fire pit.
Leave your Black Butte Ranch access cards on the kitchen counter. Lock the front door of the house, and ensure both garage doors are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Eric and Bre are amazing hosts and their cabin couldn't be a cooler spot for a couple of days in the woods. We loved being able to ride our bikes on the paths and check out the whole Black Butte area. It's also close to Sisters which is cute and fun to explore. The cabin itself is gorgeous and huge and has space for a big group. Can't recommend this spot enough. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect House for a Black Butte Weekend! We had a group of guys stay at Wildwood Retreat for a golf weekend at Black Butte Ranch, and the house could not have worked out better. It was spacious, incredibly clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend.The house is set up perfectly for a group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, a great kitchen and gathering space, and the garage game room, hot tub, fire pit, and huge back deck gave us plenty to enjoy when we weren't on the golf course. The private forest setting off the back of the house is fantastic and really makes the place feel like a true Central Oregon getaway.Just as impressive was the communication with the owners. They were responsive, accommodating, and made everything from check-in through our stay incredibly easy.The house treated us very well, and our entire group had an amazing weekend. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for our next Black Butte golf trip. Five stars all around!

What a gift this weekend was! This house accommodated our group so well. First, the setting was just beautiful. Black Butte itself is beautiful, fun and accessible, but the spot of this house is perfect. Even though it is centrally located and just a quick bike ride to multiple pools, it feels tucked away and private, especially from the back of the house that opens to what feels like a truly untouched forest. The backyard had it all too: hot tub, Blackstone grill, space for outdoor games, fire pit and plenty of room to hang out. The house was clean, with beautiful, what seemed to be hand crafted furniture, including the bunk beds where all the kids stayed and had so much room, and the beautiful bar table off the kitchen. The light in the house was beautiful, and the garage and kids' room were perfectly situated to keep the noise to the side and let the kids self entertain. The couches inside and out were comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and I even did some fresh baking, which I am usually not inspired to do on vacation, but the openness and space made it feel relaxing & still social. The kitchen table expanded to fit our group perfectly. The adults can't go wrong splitting rooms, as the downstairs suite and upstairs suite with its own balcony are equally desirable. It made for the perfect vacation for fun and relaxation without ever feeling crowded. It had it all. We would definitely come back. The hosts were easy to work with, accommodating and responsive. Thank you!
