Lovely apartment with a small terrace in a residential complex with a pool in the beautiful town of Sirmione, a few steps away from the lake and the beach.



The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the first floor reachable on foot. The entrance opens onto the bright living room, finely furnished, and embellished with special details, furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a television with only Italian channels; from here you have access to the small terrace where there is a dining table, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining on sunny days on the lake.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave and a kettle.

The sleeping area has two bedrooms whose design recalls the silver tones of the rest of the house: the first one is fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a shoe cabinet, while the second one is equipped with a bunk bed, a dresser and a shoe cabinet.

A bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment.

At guests’ disposal there will be comforts such as the air conditioning in the hallway, the free wi-fi and the independent heating for colder days.



*The pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. A swimming cap is required.

For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulfurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is 10 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.
