The gravy for biscuits and gravy was cold. Only one flavor of yogurt. The room smelt musty/moldy and being tried to be covered up by an air freshener. The shower wasn’t siliconed around the faucet allowing water behind the shower liner. Looked like water damage in the ceiling. Disappointed in how it’s deteriorated since the last time I stayed there.

The area is a little rough and the outside appearance of the property is run down. However, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. This is definitely a dated property but works well if you need a quick place to sleep.

Pass on this one!

Well, to start the hotel is located on a dead end street, it felt kind of unsafe.The clerk asked if we wanted an upstairs room and I said, “Sure.” The room was literally in the stairwell, there is no elevator, so everyone who has an upstairs room uses that staircase! And of course you hear them! The bed was clean, the bathroom is in dire need of an update. The room needed aired out. I got what I paid for, only have myself to blame. I wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was satisfactory except one of two rooms smelled mildly of animal urine or urine-oxidizer cleaner, and I was given that room and charged as much for two perfectly behaved and thoroughly brushed cats as would be charged for two huge, hairy dogs.

I've stayed in plenty of "budget-friendly hotels" and this is definitely bottom of the list. Room rates for a place like this shouldn't be over $50. Total hackjob hotel, clearly not maintained properly at all. The name 'Quality' is ironic. Shower did not drain at all. Within 2 minutes of showering, tub was filled past ankles. It was nasty. Clearly not a new issue either. The bathroom ceiling had black spots all over it and was obvious ongoing issue where you can see it was treated before and the paint was bleached. Room had a funky smell, all of our sinuses immediately acted up. Hot tub out of order. Location was convenient, but there was a guy on some type of substance abuse yelling and trying to fight people in cars at stoplights on the same block as we returned from dinner. Would never return again and would not recommend at all.
