Expedia booked me a suite and I paid for it in full, after checking in I received a one bed regular room. Nothing they could do because I booked through Expedia. Expedia hung up on me 6 times while trying to resolve. Had to move rooms twice tv broke. False advertisement on expedias part for the pool nothing for 2 yr olds as pictures show that there is. Extremely unhappy with Expedia. It’s a scam. Never received my deposit back only 20 but still

This is a dated property. The grounds were extremely unkempt. They accept pets but the pet rooms were carpeted and no special accommodations for pets was made. The hotel was very quiet which is great for the dogs but no place to walk them that was clean and saf. lots of signs to clean up after pets but no bags. No trash. Lots of dog feces left on the grounds our shoes wee dirty. Paws were dirty. Not great. Lots of extra charges

Excellent stay, very convenient!

Front desk staff was very friendly! Hot breakfast was very good. Room was clean and quiet. Beds are pretty high, but we managed fine. Nice mattresses, on the firm side. Excellent water pressure in the shower! It's an older property, so hallway carpets are a little worn, but I don't personally care about the hallway. That's not where you stay! :) Perfect location for us. Tailgators next door has awesome food!!

A nice stay.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Brandon, SD was a nice place to stay. The hotel provided a clean environment, great breakfast, and comfy beds. The only drawback was the location of the hotel which paralleled Interstate 90 causing more noise in the evening hours.
