It appeared to be new. It is located in an area of sports fields, gymnasiums and a driving range and they all look like they are newly constructed. Food is available in the area but not really walkable for most people. We would definitely stay there again.

The people on the room next to me played their TV at max volume all night, we could not sleep at all. The TV remained at full volume throughout the morning. They should have been told to turn it down or us reimbursed for our stay. Unaccceptable.

Pretty Nice Hotel!

Very helpful staff. Being a person of color I never felt unsafe or different. There were a ton of people on a Tuesday booking. Safe area because of the sports complex. We came for a very late 11pm check-in but the check-in process was smoother. We felt safe. The breakfast was pretty fresh too. Only thing- When we came in the elevator there was a lot bit of water and slight mess but I can give them a benefit of doubt that the mess just happened before we came. Also, fyi the photos shows everything nice and new but there is a lil bit of wear not too much though. And it’s isn’t super fancy but you know about that when you’re paying the price.

I had an easy check-in. The onsite bar is a nice option! We enjoyed a nice night out on your patio next to the fire pit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Your over night girl last night, amazing customer service!

There was only one night stand for king bed. This was very annoying. Also would have liked a luggage rack. The built in luggage rack did my accommodate hanging clothes and luggage.

Would stay again.

Front desk staff and checkin/out were excellent. People were friendly and helpful. We did not partake in the breakfast offerings, so I cannot rate that, but the common areas were incredibly clean and inviting, the gym area was well-tended as well and the pool/hot tub were exceptional. The pool temp was just right and the hot tub was HOT. Additionally, it was clean and well stocked with towels. We really enjoyed it, especially as we had the last 45 minutes to ourselves. The only negative was that one of the 2 queen beds in our room had some remains of Gummy Nerds that were in between the sheets, though it didn't look slept in, so not sure there and I knew it was that particular candy because I found a whole one on the floor under the desk area. When we alerted the desk after check-in, we were told that we couldn't be switched because they were full, but that she would come up right away to change out the bed, which she did. Beds were comfortable, the linens were clean (after the change), and no holes, tears, stains on bedding or towels. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Everything in the room worked without issue. Our second night, there was (I'm guessing?) a family with smallish children - the banging & running noises started at 6:30 am & continued until we left the room right before check out. We called the desk around 7am to complain & they did call but it started up again soon after. We did not complain again & will remember upon future stays to ask for a 4th floor room.
