Da wir zwei Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen sind, haben wir für unseren Urlaub am Balaton See, eine große Unterkunft mit Pool gesucht. Die Buchung hat reibungslos Funktioniert und die Infos rund um den Aufenthalt haben wir auch Zeitnah erhalten. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort, hat tadellos geklappt. Von der Unterkunft haben wir mehr erwartet, die Bilder auf der Internetseite sind schon älter und spiegeln nicht das aktuelle Haus. Eine kleine Zusammenfassung der negativ Highlights, die uns leider gestört haben: -Es gibt nicht genügend Besteck für 8 Personen. -Die Bodenplatten im Eingangsbereich wackeln, hier besteht ernste Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder. -Der Pool war sehr trübe, um die Kinder nicht zu gefährden haben wir aus dem Fachhandel ein extra mittel gekauft. -Leider kostet die Sauna extra und der Whirlpool war defekt, darüber haben wir auch im Vorfeld keine Info bekommen. Trotzt der Mängel hatten wir eine schöne Zeit. Die Immobilie wird im gehobenen Preissegment angeboten, entsprechend ist dann auch die Erwartungshaltung an Zustand und Inventar, dies wurde leider nicht erfüllt.

Die Unterkunft von sich an war sehr schön und geräumig, leider waren die Betten sehr alt , das Lattenrost zusammen geschraubt das es nicht durch bricht und leider sehr unbequem. Die Gartenmöbel zerschlissen oder kaputt.In den einen Zimmer lagen noch die Hinterlassenschaften vom Vorgänger. Man zahlt W-LAN und hat am Ende keinen Empfang . Den Pool konnten wir leider auch nicht mit nutzen, war "Winterzeit"aber 27 Grad,die Kinder waren sehr traurige darüber

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren eine Woche zu fünft dort mit zwei Hunden. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Leider ist das Inventar stellenweise schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wichtig zu wissen, ist dass man daran denkt eigene Handtücher mitzubringen, auch fürs Hände waschen. Alles andere kann vor Ort gekauft werden.

Schlüsselübergabe/Gesamtzustand

Reinigung könnte etwas gründlicher sein. Informationen zur Müllentsorgung wären schön. Eine Information, dass der Schlüssel über einen Schlüsselssave übergeben wird, wäre in den Unterlagen hilfreich. Wir haben vergeblich auf eine Person zur Schlüsselübergabe gewartet. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden uns die Modalitäten genannt.

Insgesamt OK.... Aber!!

Das negative am Objekt war : Die Matratzen von drei Zimmern waren eine Katastrophe wir konnten keine Nacht ohne Rückenschmerzen schlafen Sie waren sowas von durchgelegen. Die Zimmer haben alle nach nassem Hund gerochen wahrscheinlich wegen den Teppichen. Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben mussten erst mal alle Teppiche von Hundehaaren entfernen. Der Whirlpool war leider auch nach allen Bemühungen der Besitzer nicht gebrauchsfähig und war auch dort wo er steht nicht gerade einladend man hätte rundherum einmal erst alles wegschneiden sollen damit das ganze Ungeziefer nicht rein fällt. Um den Pool wurde sich bis auf einmal Flockenpulver reinwerfen nicht gekümmert (Boden saugen). Rasen war viel zu hoch und ansonsten die Außenanlage ziemlich ungepflegt vor allem die ganzen Spinnengewebe und Kokons am aussen Fachbereich wo man sitzt khab einen teil entfernt). Das positive war die Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, die Größe des Objekts und Kontaktaufnahme zum Besitzer.

Das Haus bietet viele Zimmer an. Parken direkt am Haus möglich. Leider bei Ankunft sehr unsauber , erst muss geputzt werden und dann kann der Urlaub beginnen.

Fast schön!

Der Pool war perfekt und gepflegt. Das Haus hat eigentlich eine ruhige Lage und man kommt zum freien Badestrand gut zu Fuß hin. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass in unserer Urlaubszeit direkt gegenüber eine neues Haus gebaut wurde. Mittagsruhe gerade wichtig für unsere Kleinkinder war nicht möglich. Auch die Ausstattung mit Geschirr für 8 Personen war eher dürftig, man kann nicht jeden Tag essen gehen. Töpfe gab es genügend. In der Anzeige war die Sauna eigentlich inclusive. Vor Ort sah das anders aus, pro Tag 12 Euro ist schon heftig. Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet und gut aufgeteilt. Der Garten schön angelegt und zweckmäßig. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Trotz des Bau-Lärms haben wir das Beste aus dem Urlaub gemacht und den Pool wegen des herrlichen Wetters rege genutzt. Wenn der Bau der 2 neuen Häuser abgeschlossen ist, ist das Haus sicher herrlich gelegen und weiter zu empfehlen. Die Gartenmöbel sind nicht optimal. hier wäre es besser stabilere Möbel anzuschaffen.

Vybavenie domu + reálne využitie

Dom a lokalita boli v poriadku, mička aj práčka potešili, celkom blízko bola možnosť prejsť k jazeru. No v blízkosti hneď za domom stavali (upravovali nový objekt) a trochu to rušilo. Pri popise objektu bolo ovedené vybavenie jacuzza + sauna, obe zariadenia sa nedali využiť čo nás trochu mrzelo a domácim bolo oznámené že ani prenajať - neviem prečo to potom uvádza vo vybavení domu. Izby boli ok no nie každá mala nočné stolíky + nočné lampy (dnes už je to ako základné vybavenie izieb). Voda v bazéne bola na toto obdobie trochu studenšia, prijali by sme o pár stupňov teplejšiu (kvôli menším deťom). Uvítali by sme aspoň v polovici pobytu telefonát majiteľa či je všetko v poriadku. Vonkajšie vybavenie lehátka a stoličky by mohli byť z iného materiálu - boli už ponatŕhané a báli sme sa aby sa neroztrhli tak sme ich radšej nepoužívali.
