The detached holiday home, renovated in 2023, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard. The landlord has an old, friendly dog, which is confined to the rear part of the property.

Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Super für Familien, aber.
Alles in allem sehr schön, wie kommen wieder.Lediglich die Pooltechnick war nicht ausreichend (Oberflächenskimmer mit Flockung hat gefehlt)Eine Waschmaschine wäre auch von Vorteil, gerade bei mehr Personen Belegung.Grillausstattung gehört Vervollständigt.Objekt selbst und Lage absolut ok !
