Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 13 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over 3 steps directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and TV. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window.
Lower floor: Dining room with dinette. The dinette offers space for 14 persons. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. 2 Separate toilet each with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 718 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to the end of September, diameter 3.6 m, 1.2 m deep).
