Extra conveniences include Large Smart TV in Living Room, upgraded wifi speed, cable entertainment package, Air Conditioning and heating, closed parking yard for 1 car. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities for cooking and self-catering: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas stove, toaster, kettle. From the balcony and living room look directly out over the Lake Balaton. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking.
