Second time staying here, service was horrible this time, rooms didn’t feel clean, asked for an adapter twice, nobody came to my room to bring it although they said they would. It just didn’t feel like the first time which wasn’t even a year ago. Check in was at 4pm, but didn’t have my room ready until 5:30pm.

Hotel and property are beautiful. Free parking if you rent a car. The private beach is beautiful. Water shoes are highly recommended as most of the beaches on the island have at least a small amount of rock/coral you have to walk over to get into the water. We dined at 2 of the four restaurants on the property, and frequented the coffee shop in the am. The find dining restaurant requires reservations, and the food was ok. The casual restaurant on the beach (Salty Iguana) was excellent and we went there more than once. Overall this hotel is one of the cleanest and most well maintained we have ever visited. The staff are very friendly and responsive to any thing you ask for. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. There is food and drink service available to the pools and the beach. I highly recommend renting a car and venturing out to explore the island, and try some local restaurants. We did and found some great places and beautiful beaches. The island is beautiful!

This was my husband’s and my first trip together in seven years since having children, and it was exactly what we needed. The resort was never crowded, with direct access to a beautiful private beach and two excellent pools. The food was delicious, though a bit on the pricey side. We enjoyed live music almost every evening. Our room was perfect—clean, cool, and comfortable—and the staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. We’ll be returning in 2026 with our children. It’s a very family-friendly resort with plenty of enjoyable activities for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First time going to Curacao and chose to stay here. The staff was super friendly with the exception of one employee that worked at the market where they sell sandwiches and coffee. I was scared to order because of the attitude lol but otherwise everyone was very attentive and friendly. The resort is beautiful. I had an oceanfront room on the left wing of the resort. Very private with the exception of the people who would go in through the public beach right next to it. The most beautiful sunsets at this property. The food was very good as well. The main beach was amazing. The beach right outside of my room was rocky but with some water shoes that was solved. Beautiful either way. I Recommend the property 😁

Hotel was excellent but the attitude of the staff at the front desk was very disappointing. Extremely rude with a I don’t care attitude. I didn’t get my room till 6pm on day of arrival when I had arrived at 4pm which is the check in time.

I really liked this resort. It was close to town while not being in it. We rented a car (not necessary, but it did help us explore) and easy parking on site helped. The food options were expansive, though sometimes too bland. I wish we had some hot sauce with us or something. That's not a comment on the service or cooking skills! But for non-seafood eaters ... we sought out outside options.
