I booked this property expecting a hotel-style stay, but the experience was very misleading. At checkout, we were suddenly told we owed additional charges for electricity usage — something never disclosed on Expedia’s listing. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and have never once been billed for utilities. Guests should be made aware of this before booking. Beyond that, some of our personal items went missing from the bathroom during the stay, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. For the amount we paid, the experience was stressful instead of relaxing. Beautiful island, but I would not return to this property.

Property is stunning stayed in the ridge villas(ants were annoying , but i got them with Lysol , staff should supply spray ) 3 nights and and apartment 1 night .
