Start your day relaxing on the small balcony. A supermarket and bakery are about a 12-minute walk away. Cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy are around 20 minutes away. The beaches at Moos and Iznang can be reached in about 18 minutes by car.
The charming town of Radolfzell is 16 minutes away by car or 7 minutes by train, Schaffhausen is about 27 minutes away. The UNESCO-listed island of Reichenau and the old town of Constance are also within easy reach. A special highlight is the extinct Hohentwiel volcano, just 12 minutes away by car, offering wonderful panoramic views.
