I am a frequent guest at Yotel Changi and may I say, the receptionists were always warm, friendly, welcoming (no matter what time of the day! Even at 2am) and the services I have received to date have always been genuinely accommodating. The staff were very attentive, and would go above & beyond to ensure my comfort. I had a mishap at the airport and was unfortunately unable to walk unaided after (this was in May 2025) and the staff provided such good care and understanding of my situation, I could not stop raving about it to others. Well done Yotel. Thank you for the exceptional service. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for easy access & convenience while transitting at the airport.

great location to and from flights. this second stay though the AC was not working and the toilet kept self flushing and given need to sleep before long haul flight next day and how long staff took to address my concerns gives it a 4 rating instead of 5 this time around.
