despite paying for a room with a window we were given a key for a room without. check in desk tried it on pretend confused even though showing in big letters on wotif check in receipt. room is tiny just enough to get around bed. bathroom shower in toilet area. alll this for only $220 Sing $. sure you can do better

Staff not helpful with taxi fare issue on arrival. No windows in room. Floor dusty. Walls and surfaces wet/ damp after a few hours.

Lovely little spot for a couple of nights/a layover. Staff were lovely and some good good places around. However a little far from the marina. Great value for what we paid!

Very small

Wouldn't stay here again. Room was tiny. Had blood stains on the sheet and pillow case. I guess you get what you pay for

small dark but clean

Room was very small and dark but fairly modern and clean. Pleasant staff. Located near a few seedy bars. I would prefer to pay more for a larger room in better location but ok if on a tight budget.

Nice hotel but bad location

Pros: It is modern and clean
Cons: They should replace the glass door in the bathroom.
Location: The location is far from the MRT and the nearest shopping centre is about 15 minutes walk.The food shops around are more dedicated to the locals.
The hotel itself was fine. We had a big family room with no windows. The only thing, we did not like was the bathroom's glass door. The location of the hotel was an issue, especially with two kids. It's far from the MRT and we either had to walk about 15 minutes or take the bus. If you don't mind being far from down-town then, I would recommend this hotel, it's good value for the price.
