We had a wonderful stay and the hotel is beautiful. Our room was fabulous and the amenities are great. Breakfast was outstanding! We will definitely stay here again when returning to Singapore.

Friendly and helpful staff at the entry , good efficient check in and check our service , good room/butler service - good size room and clean and large bathroom . Great breakfast but can be a bit busy Saturday mornings .

Cons: Table setting and professionalism at breakfast.
Location: Location good.
Toilet in room 714 not flushed on our arrival. Breakfast service very ordinary, staff not confident, cutlery never enough on table, no spoons were ever on the table setting. Then staff would take away cutlery so you had to ask for another set. Constantly getting up out of my chair at breakfast to get cutlery! Very annoying. Reception staff excellent however.

Pros: Staff were very helpful without being fawning or obsequeous. Being able to use the showers after we had checked out- very useful in a humid Singapore
Cons: Room lighting while being state of the art was a bit confusing at first, though once figured out was great.
Location: Tranquil
Facilities: State of the art; Value: Great deal; Service: Flawless; Cleanliness: Spotless; One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Fantastic room, amazing bathroom and great staff. Will stay again next time I'm in Singapore.
