Good hotel in good position

This hotel is located close to central Singapore within walking distance to China town, Boat Quay, Clarke Quay and the financial district. It is on the main bus route southwards (one way street) and close to the MRT so its well positioned to explore the city. It is a small hotel but very comfortable, clean and tidy. The rooms are not large but quite adequate as well as comfortable. Our second floor room was pretty quiet (it was possible to detect a faint murmur of traffic/music but only just and probably not at all in other rooms). Our room had little outlook-just an air-conditioning duct and a concrete landing however in Singapore its unlikely you'll need to open the window the when you have air-conditioning. Breakfast was supplied with Tea/Coffee, just a couple of selections of Cereal, Toast and some cooked dishes (e.g. fried rice, chicken wings, Scrambled eggs, etc.) The menu does change daily and although not cordon bleu it was quite adequate. Definitely recommend this hotel as good value.
