Room feels new and clean. Walking distance to Chinatown and the City Hall area. Location is excellent. Elevator to the MRT station is located right outside the accessibility ramp from the hotel. Concierge staff at the front door are very friendly and helpful! Would love to stay here again.

This is our third time here, however we felt that the maintenance of the rooms are not the best, as the toilet showers smelt like urine and was not very pleasant. Some staff were very accomodating however some were not.

Lovely hotel! Great location, walkable to all spots and with a subway station right beside it. The rooms are on the smaller side but so well designed that there is a place for everything. We had two carry-on and one medium suitcase, and they were not in our way. Outstanding pool and hot tub.

Excellent central location with many attractions walkable from hotel. Very convenient to MRT (Far East Square entrance to the Telok Ayer MRT Station is literally just steps from the front door). No need for a taxi from/to the airport. Standard room was small but very functional, clean, and neat. Great staff! We definitely recommend this hotel, and we will stay here again next visit to Singapore.
