Lack of staff resulted in bad service. Multiple times didn’t answer the phone and when they did and told us they would get back to us we then had to call back up to get the answer as they never called back. Room service was twice the time they communicated but never gave us a proactive update just waited for us to call and follow up. Room was nice but had a musky smell that was off putting especially given it was a suite. Overall average experience.

Beautiful resort with amazing facilities

We loved our stay here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and luxuriously decorated. The beds are comfortable. The pool is amazing. We enjoyed a beautiful buffet breakfast fit for a king, so many options and all delicious. Highly recommend this resort. Sentosa is a beautiful place and there is so much to do. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, don't go there

Hotel is beautiful. Facilities very nice. Staff are very friendly but.....so is the local backpackers in Gympie Queensland. They have NO.....I repeat...No single idea what they're doing. They're like badly programmed 3CPO's running wild!!! € 600 per night and everything but really EVERYTHING goes wrong. Gin Tonics in wineglasses. Wine in cocktail glasses. Forgotten luggage pickups. Forgotten minibar refills, broken hotel-phone so you use your European phone to call reception. Chinese non-english speaking staff checking the minibar, lack of sufficient soaps, bathing tools, main restaurant undercooks the fish and lobster so badly the sway cats don't eat it (true story!!!). Never heard so many "Sorry sirs" in my life. It's a joke. Do NOT I repeat do NOT go there. There are so many good resorts and hotels in Singapore. This ne is not worth your effort. End of! Management must resign immediately because the staff is well-willing but has no leadership. SOFITEL....come on! The Holiday Inn in Downtown Caracas is better organised!

Pros: whatts not to like
Location: close to all activities on Sentosa and the shuttle helped us get to Vivo Mall
the most comfortable bed awaited us with gorgeous surroundings lovely shower/bathroom quality fittings and the grounds impeccable, we loved every minute of it

nice staff very accommodating

Had minor issues with air con not cooling in first few nights but staff were very helpful and set it right. Particularly Jennifer the chef in Pavillion was second to none. Overall great stay and good staff

Not advised the hotel was under renovation.

Pros: The grounds are lovely with lots of frangipani trees and palms with an overall tropical feeling. There was a well equiped gym.
Cons: The hotel should have made a real effort to offer some sort of compensation for the lack of facilities and inconvenience during its renovations.
Location: Hotel shuttle into the main shopping centres was free. Shopping very good.
We arrived to find the hotel under renovation, which might have been ok if we had been advised of this and so received a corresponding discount! The main pool and dining area were closed along with the main entrance lobby. There were workmen all over the place and the sounds of building construction all day long! The one pool that was open for guests was a 5 minute walk away at the Spa centre across the road. No attempt was made by the staff to compensate for the inconveniences or lack of facilities...not even a complimentary drink! The Cliff Restaurant which usually has a Michelin star chef was also closed. The Terrace restaurant at the spa centre next to the open pool was fabulous with the manager there making a genuine effort to make us welcome. She was great, professional and personable. Our room was supposed to have a " Garden View" but in fact looked out onto the main arrivals car park!

Just to let you know that we have prior updated in our website, all third parties distribution channels (since late last year) and our reservations’ confirmation letter about our renovation works and this may unfortunately have been inadvertently missed out. Even when the renovation works which are currently on-going, we are cautiously working to keep disruptions to a minimal. We also provide alternative facilities in replacement to areas that are temporarily affected. Thank you again for sharing.
