UNFORTUNATELY, there was only 2 dining options, not like advertised. To get to the beach, you had to climb down 132 stairs. No bidet in the bathrooms

It was the Worst experince i ever had on the hotel That Calls themselves 5 stars.The House Phone is not working.the Service Lead time takes ages.pls Dont recommend anyone to this place.its the Worst venue in singapore.I am Talking with the manager as we speak for The full refund.pls stay away from this place!!!!i have no choice if i have the Luxury to know the condition of the villa That i Paid,i Would Definitely take a Rain check.i Will not be back!
