Initially there was an issue that was solved in two minutes by a great night manager. The hotel staff are friendly, professional and capable of anticipating your needs before you realize what you need! Family trip to Singapore stayed over 4 nights. Place was neat and tidy and short walk to MRT. Breakfast was quite good variety of food and different everyday. All staff were very friendly and special thanks to Chef Kelvin.

The front desk gave us a room with clogged toilet and the problem was known for over a month. The young lady also refused to remediate the problem other than moving us to another room after having us wait and waste 2 hours. Will not go back to the hotel.
