We stayed here because of all the positive reviews of being a family hotel and it didn’t disappoint. We stayed in one of the family rooms on the family floor so we had 24/7 access to a pantry which was a life saver for traveling with a young child included washing machines, dryers, a small hob, baby bottle washing facility microwave and more. With this room we also got access to buds child area and the splash area which was so child oriented and our baby loved it. Everywhere in the hotel everyone was so lovely and friendly and made our stay truly amazing. The room and hotel was spotless couldn’t fault anything. If anyone is traveling to Singapore with a young child this hotel is a must and we will be returning

Property Hotel n surrounding areas was beautiful. Staff were excellent n service was superb. The only thing missing was certain tv channels, eg., Fox News was not available and only all other democratic media channels was on. That’s not being fair to us since we should be able to watch any news and show and not to be politically biased. Thats the only reason n concern we have as not to stay with shangri la again.

Slow check in service, front desk assigning connecting room without the consent, room change offered to a downgraded deluxe room if we want non connecting room, had to change the tv during the stay as it blacked out frequently Kids friendly, family friendly hotel but they need to speed up and quality up the service.
