The property is very clean and in a nice quiet area, close to the shopping district (~10 minutes’ walk) and close to public transport. The apartments adjoin the luxury hotel and all amenities are available for use on weekdays. The apartments are showing their age but are spacious and comfortable.

The overall was good, staff friendly.However, the service of apartments not so good. The staff cleaned property twice a week without adding a coffee or proper tea. Available only green tea.Additionally the apartments are very old and refurbishing,specifically a bathroom would be in order. The bathroom was dungerous for old people. Have step inside the bath to have showers, very uncomfortable and slippery. Style from 80’s with plastic curtains.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Aniq. He makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Aniq for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Upside, localtion was great withready access to Orchard road. Room size was great with loads of space forntwo adults and child. Pool was also clean and spacious foe all users. Downside reception wasn't a consierge service more administrative so they were not knowledgeable about for eg fireworks for nye. I would recommend for families

My young daughter and I chose this property as it promoted a family friendly environment. The property absolutely delivered. The apartment offered the room to relax after a busy day of exploring. The staff were attentive and spoilt my daughter with lollies in the lobby. I felt very safe at the property. The pools were amazing. Once again i do have to mention the amazing staff, their hospitality made our stay in Singapore an overall amazing experience ❤️

We were greeted by the very efficient and friendly Nathalie with refreshments and then taken to the 1 bedroom apartment. The room was spacious and milk, butter,juice and eggs in the fridge and cereals. Nathalie made a point when on reception to speak and check everything ok, any help we might require and with her colleagues was an asset. It was a short walk to the bus stops and then the MRT and if you need a supermarket visit the ground floor at Cold Sorage at Claymore Connect just near the bus stops, as having a good size fridge, freezer in the kitchen was such a bonus We found the free washer, dryers useful and plenty of towels available for the beautiful pool. We did not use the Hotel facilities so can’t comment. There was very little noise from ongoing works, and did not impact on our trip. We had a late flight and Nathalie offered a free late check out and a tip is to check if you can use the early check in @ L1 in Jewel

Property is in a nice area and well kept. Can use hotel gym and pool which is a nice benefit. Laundry on site and free coffee offered daily, both are perks we used and liked. The main con is that the property is beginning to look dated and some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced. For example, we had knives that were so dull they wouldn’t cut anything.

The apartment was well serviced and perfect for our family. The kitchenette was great to have and the pool, including access to Shangri-La Hotel facilities next door, was enjoyed by all of us.
