Enjoyable stay. Loved the ice cream served at check in. L1 lounge with complimentary drinks was a very nice touch - quiet getaway after a busy day shopping and exploring orchard road. Liked the complimentary parking. Impeccable service from front desk, house-keeping and bar team. Clean, good sized room with comfortable beds and good view of the surroundings. Had a good night sleep. Got our towels amenities on request. Quiet neighbourhood convenient 5 minutes walk from Orchard.

Good property but the staff are the highlight

The hitel is nice and comfortable in a good location, but the standout here are the staff. Front desk staff are excellent. They all went out of there way to help as best as possible, and they easily make staying here a great experience.
