A hidden Jem....best place to stay night before flying out... we got clothing washed walked across road to some amazing local food and recommendations from the staff and best of all the bed was perfect...

The room was organized when we arrived 3:00am Suddenly all the power went of A person needed to come and fix it. We left the whole day and came back to sleep and leave at 5:00am when we went to get a shower again all the power went off due to a short circuit with the heater. They allowed us to use the bathroom from another room. The towels were stained and filthy. The only thing I can say in their favor is that the reception staff vas very serviceable. The rooms are on the top of a cafeteria, everything tools dirty and disorganized. The boom is noisy you can perceive the noises from the people of cafe and the street

Dirty rooms with black hair in the bed sheets and bottom of shower and bits of old dried up toilet paper on the floor when we arrived . Clearly not cleaned properly after previous guests. Black dirt all around the air conditioner and dirty walls. Towels very worn and stained. The shared kitchen facilities were very poor. Literally a few pieces of cutlery and barely any cooking utensils. No dinner plates at all . The air fryer appeared to have rust on the base and was filthy. There were no clean cloths for washing the dishes and toilet paper was on the cupboard for drying. I watched a staff member washing the crockery by simply rinsing with cold water and wiping it with his fingers, the standard of hygiene was very poor indeed. I would not recommend this accomodation and will not return again. I have looked up reviews on other sites and can see lots of people have commented on how dirty the rooms and facilities are. I wish I had researched more thoroughly before booking . 😩

Poor condition and overpriced

This is extremely overpriced for what it is, though we chose it due to proximity to the airport. The hotel at the airport is much more expensive. However for the price we expected this to be better than it was. The room was mouldy, smelly, and in rundown condition. The bathroom was tiny with a shower hose over the toilet and stairs to get in and out of it. The grab ride from airport wasn't even that cheap despite proximity, so next time we would just go stay somewhere better in the city rather than stay here due to proximity to the airport. There was no advantage.

I had a Silver discount which was a great price for Singapore. 2 MRT stops from Changi & 2 bus stops from Stn. Nice small room convenient for short stay

Good for the money and well connected

Close to the airport and the train station made geting about very easy, we had an executive room, which meant it had more than a bed. The Hotel is really a hostel, but the staff were friendly and there was a washing machine and drier, as well as microwave in the comunal area. The area was a mix of housing and businesses, but was very quiet and safe.

Should have paid a bit more.

If you don’t want to stay at the airport for a 20 hour layover and can handle a small 13 square metre room with no windows and I tiny shower you come here. $20 SGD cab ride drone the airport.
