The Pullman was absolutely perfect in everyway! The rooms were spotless. Each and every staff member were professional, Kind , warm and friendly. Amanda, decorated my daughters room with balloons, flowers, a personalised card, a soft toy and confetti in 18 shape on my daughters bed along with free breakfast every day for my daughters 18th birthday. Very Generous!!!! The location is brilliant! Thankyou to all the Pullman staff we will be back!!!

My room was clean and comfortable. I found it very cold when walking from outside to inside club lounge. The made to order breakfast was very good (scrambled eggs), but overall I found the food a little disappointing. The salad one evening had pepper and chilli flakes. I couldn't eat it. The other salad choice was couscous which is something that disagrees with me. Lounge, reception and porter staff were excellent.
