Hotel was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby is fantastic with a refilling water station and helpful seating area to monitor incoming taxis/Grab. Gym was top notch - sparkling clean and modern equipment. A good range, including treadmills with LCD running/walking journeys. Pool was a nice temperature and cannot be faulted. It seems it opens at 8am (not 7am) but staff opened it early at request. There is a 7/11 5 min away downstairs at the back of the hotel through a passageway from the lobby. We booked the Superior room (interconnected) and it was a nice size with comfy beds. Some of the additional wheel-in beds were too firm. The water filter in the bathroom is great for filling up for the hot days. No bath in bathroom but shower is a good size. Location could be better, as it's 5-10min from Bugis or Nicoll Highway station, which are both flat walks but Bugis needs a crossing through a busy road. 5/5 hotel

The room was very comfortable and clean. I really love the filtered water tap facility as it reduced the need to buy bottled water. The disposable slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste and vanity kits were very welcome too. Location-wise, it was a very ideal spot close to eateries and Bugis Street/Bugis Junction shopping precinct.

There was not much options for room service (In room dining). There's service was too slow. we booked the rollaway bed in advance but they did not bother to provide when we checked in, after few reminder then they placed it in evening.
