The room was amazing. I don't know if we just got lucky but we had a room towards the corner of the hotel overlooking the Marina Bay. The view is by far the most breathtaking I've had in any hotel I've stopped in. The hotel itself is big, but very modern and beautiful. The lobby (on the 4th floor) has you getting your camera out it is that good. The service and staff are impeccable. A wonderful stay.

Rooms are a bit stark, not too warm plus in-room tv remote and coffee maker did not work. Breakfast buffet was poor selection and average quality, which compares very poorly to many similarly priced properties in the immediate area. On the other hand the staff here is exceptional. Very friendly and very helpful from top to bottom.

Closet doors didn’t stay closed fully so closet light remained on. Coffee maker did not work. Old tired looking bathroom is need of a redesign. Advertised view was really just half a view, and even that was further diminished by big construction sites between the hotel and water. Other than the atrium, the overall quality of the property is nowhere near the same level as Park Royal on Pickering. I would avoid this property in the future and go to Park Royal on Pickering anytime.
