We stayed here with our grandson for 5 nights. We chose a family suite to accommodate the 3 of us. Although there was a sofa bed for our grandson, the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room was generally clean but housekeeping was often not done until very late in the day and one day, not at all. On the positive side, it is a great location, close to the Imbiah Station which gives you access to Resorts World, the beach and Vivo City Shopping. There are lots of good eating places nearby and you get a discount for staying at Oasia at The Mess Hall. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

An excellent staycation at Sentosa Island. In room dining was delicious. Pool was good. Reception staff were helpful. Only comment is the multiple steps at the front porch/entrance and lack of assistance for luggage to get to a taxi. Would recommend a ramp?

The staff were amazing; especially Rohan and Billy! The room (family suite) was beautiful. Loved that we could get a later check out for a reasonable cost. Great location opposite the monorail and cable car. The restaurant was incredible and the food was delicious. The only downfall would be housekeeping taking so long to deliver things (ie. everyday we waited an hour for a sheet to arrive to cover the fold out as they kept taking it away when cleaning and not replacing it). Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!!!

I got room 201. I have stayed in rooms with a much better views. However I took the opportunity to go to the hotel with the roof bar. The views were simply amazing. The room was very nice the hotel is also quite nice. The service and its employees are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive. I worked for the Walt Disney World Company for 40 years and I felt that I was at Disney with your employees being so friendly the their beautiful smile. The monorail system location was a plus for me. Many thanks for the man who lend me an umbrella and he was the one who welcomed me and said the last goodbyes. What an positive impression.

We had stayed at Osia Resort Sentosa numerous times and they have always made my birthday special with their complimentary birthday amenities. This time around, we booked 2 courtyard rooms and brought our pet dog. Although they charged $100 for deep cleaning, the fee also included some dog amenities, and they provided a bed for the dog as well. The courtyard was spacious although we hardly used it. It was also a short walk to Resort World Sentosa for food options. We also attended the making our own Balm session which was a nice activity to do on a Sunday morning. Overall, thumbs up! Keep up the good work.

Overall the hotel is very beautiful. The housekeeping staff was great. However, on the morning of my checkout on Nov 14, 2025, there were no available employees to assist with moving my luggage up the stairs in the lobby. When doing it myself, I tripped and fell on the stairs, injuring my hand. What was most disappointing is that not a single employee came to offer me any aid or assistance. The fall was witnessed by multiple guests and employees. I had to go up to an employee myself and ask for first aid. There was no apology about what happened. The employee did give a bandage, and ultimately helped with loading luggage in a taxi. However, it was a disappointing way to end a stay at what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.
