Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Some details they Must have mentioned here before and I would not have booked: 1- reception is only available from 11 am to 8:30 pm Singapore time.
2- they do not provide except one towel every two days for a single pod nor do they clean the pod regularly.
I was about to take a bath at 1 am when I discovered there was no new towel inside my pod. When I whatsapped their customer service she said I did not tell them I need a towel that day so they assumed a towel every two days is okay lol. The next morning I ordered two towels and the whatsapp customer service told me I am only allowed to have one towel per single pod. Please do you assume I should use the same towel for two days for bath???
Also I got locked out of my room coz I forgot the key inside the capsule and since there was no reception that time i waited 40 minutes on the rooftop until they answered on whatsapp and guided me on how to open the pod.
The price they take is way over the services they offer.
Not having a physical receptionist 24/7 is very inconvenient.
Also one romanian tourist was checking in at night and did not know his room number so I woke up hearing noises of his trials to open the pod, and it was not his fault coz they wrote him an unclear message about the instructions and of course no receptionist at that time to help.
