We are grateful that their staffs from front desk to customer support are friendly and readily accessible. They went the extra miles to help me to change my duplicate bookings (double bookings on the same date) , when Expdedia says no and for last minute cancellation there will have zero refund. The room was ok, the fridge wasn't on so not cold for us to store water or food overnight. There was only a soap dispenser in the shower cubicle so a little awkward when washing hands after using the toilet. Two shower towels but no hand towel. The shower was lovely and hot but the position of the spray head meant it sprayed across the floor. The staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming on our arrival - not rude but the first interaction was 'passports please ' not 'hello , welcome etc..'

This Hotel everything is minimal to need your basic needs. No frills. On Google map, it shows 15 min. But it’s a long walk with carrying luggages to train station.

Nice budget property in a cool area in Singapore with lots of restaurants and shops. A bit far from the closest metro stops but it’s a cheap Grab ride to the airport.
